Youth Artists Receive Awards at Convention

The National Wild Turkey Federation recognized some outstanding young artists during its 34th Annual Convention and Sport Show in Nashville, Tenn.

The 1st place winner of each age group will receive $75. The 2nd place winners will receive $50, 3rd place winners will receive $25 and 4th place winners will receive a 1-year JAKES or X-treme JAKES t-shirt. The Runners-up category prizes are undetermined.

This years winners are:

Group A: Ages 6-8
1st: Andrew DeBruin — DePere, WI
2nd: Libby Majors — Alexander, AR
3rd: Luke Arrowood — Lexington, NC
4th: Trey Konshak — DePere, WI

Group B: Ages 9-11
1st: Megan Zocher — Weston, WI
2nd: Brian Gunter — Prosperity, SC
3rd: Chase Grubbs — Farmville, VA
4th: Billie Dee Bal — DePere, WI

Group C: Ages 12-14
1st: Christopher Chang — Kiel, WI
2nd: Ku Moua — Wisconsin Rapids, WI
3rd: Colton Bachar — Brookings, SD
4th: Dylan Gappa — Galesville, WI

Group D: Ages 15-17
1st: Charlie Rasnake — Honaker, VA
2nd: Randi Rice — Prosperity, SC
3rd: Christina Letellier — Clayton, WI
4th: Calvin O'dell Hoyord — Iola, WI
1st Runners-up: Laura Knysak — Millstadt, IL
2nd Runners-up: Mike Johnson — Berlin, WI
