It is hard to imagine that the Kentucky spring youth turkey weekend opens in only 3 days and the statewide spring turkey season is less than 2 weeks away now.  It doesn’t seem like we really had a winter season at all this year and spring really appears to have arrived early with all of the dogwood and red bud trees already in bloom.

Next State Board Meeting May 19th, 2013 at the Nolin RECC Building in Elizabethtown, KY.  All are welcome to attend. 


 Election time for 6 slots on the State Board is soon approaching.  Nomination forms and instructions can be accessed by the bulletins on the left side of the page.


Nominations must be received by MAY 1ST 2013 to be eligable.

The reward program for reporting poachers, previously offered by the KY State NWTF has ended effective Jan 12, 2013.  Please remove and destroy all signs.
