Book a Trip, Help Conservation with NWTF and Expedia.com

EDGEFIELD, S.C.— The National Wild Turkey Federation recently signed an agreement with travel Web site Expedia.com that will help travelers improve wildlife habitat, provide outdoor recreation opportunities for women, youth and people with disabilities and more, all while getting great deals.

Internet users who visit the NWTF's home page at www.nwtf.org, and then click the Expedia.com link on the right side of page will benefit from Expedia's low prices on hotels, airfare and car rentals, and support the NWTF's mission of conserving wildlife and protecting America's hunting traditions.

A portion of each Expedia.com transaction that is linked through the NWTF's Web site will benefit the Federation. The NWTF's conservation and outreach programs such as Women In The Outdoors, JAKES, Wheelin' Sportsmen NWTF and the More Places To Hunt initiative provide opportunities for women, youth and people with disabilities to experience the thrill of outdoor fun.

NWTF membership is not necessary to make a transaction that will benefit the Federation, and there is no minimum on the amount that must be spent per transaction.

"Expedia offers the best prices for travelers, and this partnership will allow NWTF members, or anyone, to enjoy a getaway that helps benefit wildlife at the same time," said Danny Young, NWTF vice president of marketing. "Whether for business or pleasure, large transaction or small, this is an offer that our members shouldn't pass up as they look to book their hunting trips this fall or plan to visit their families over the holidays."

In addition to low prices, Expedia.com provides customers with everything needed to research, plan and purchase an entire trip. The company provides direct access to one of the broadest selections of travel products and services found anywhere.
