2009 Booth prices:
$700 each for corner booths
$600 each for inline booths
To purchase a booth:
- Select your booth choices.
- Download an exhibitor contract - click here
- Complete the exhibitor contract and e-mail, fax or mail it along with deposit.
- Once the contract and deposit are processed a booth confirmation will be sent.

Exhibitor move-in and set up will be on Thursday, February 19, 2009 from 8:30 am to 10 pm.
The exhibit hall opens to the public as follows:
Friday, February 20, 2009 from 9 am to 7 pm
Saturday, February 21, 2009 from 8:30 am to 6 pm
Sunday, February 22, 2009 from 9 am to 4 pm
TRANSIENT VENDOR LICENSE
Exhibitors planning to sell merchandise at the 2009 NWTF convention are required by Tennessee to obtain a permit to conduct business. The permit fee is $112.00. You can download the application for Transient Vendor License here.

NOTICE: ANYTHING WITH WHEELS AND A MOTOR in a vendor booth must be approved by the NWTF. Only Chevrolet vehicles are permitted in the Exhibit Hall. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc. in your booth you must contact Danny Young, Advertising & Licensing Director, at dyoung@nwtf.net
SALES TAX
Exhibitors at the 2009 NWTF convention are required to report taxable sales to the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Sales tax for items sold during the convention will be collected by the Tennessee Department of Revenue on Sunday of the show. The tax rate is 9.25%.
