2010 EXHIBITOR BOOTH INFORMATION

The layout is updated daily. Booths are color coded as to availability, the key is across the top left of the layout.

Booth size is 10' x 10'. Standard drapery backs eight feet high, side rail dividers three feet high, booth identification sign, one eight foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket are included in the booth fee.

Electricity, telephone, internet and carpet are not included in the booth fee. These services will be offered through the show service contractor in the exhibitor service kit.

2010 Booth prices:
Initial corner booth - $825.00
Additional corner booths - $790.00 each
Initial inline booth - $725.00
Additional inline booths - $695.00 each

EXHIBITOR BADGES

Names for exhibitor badges will be collected January 25 through February 5, 2010. Exhibitors will receive 5 exhibitor badges per 10' x 10' booth purchased.

Examples:

  • 10' x 10' = 5 exhibitor badges
  • 10' x 30' = 15 exhibitor badges
  • 20' x 20' = 20 exhibitor badges
  • 20' x 50' = 50 exhibitor badges

Exhibitor badges must be picked up at exhibitor check-in by 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 18th. Exhibitor check-in will be located on aisle 1000 in the exhibit hall. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $15 each at exhibitor check-in on Thursday only.

Exhibitor badges allow you admission into the exhibit hall only. Tickets and name badges for all other convention events and meals must be purchased separately. Visit http://www.nwtf.org/special_events/convention.html for more information.


EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN AND SHOW HOURS

Exhibitor move-in and set up will be on Thursday, February 18, 2010 from 8:30 am to 10 pm.

The exhibit hall opens to the public as follows:
Friday, February 19, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, February 21, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Exhibitors will be allowed entry to the exhibit hall one hour prior to the hall opening to the public. If earlier access is required please complete the Exhibitor Early Access Request form and turn it in at exhibitor check-in on Thursday.

EXHIBITOR PARKING

Exhibitors may park for $5 a day in Lot E of the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel and Convention Center. Shuttles will run from Lot E to the Convention Center beginning at 7 a.m. Friday through Sunday. To view an Opryland Complex Location Map click here.


2010 NEW PRODUCTS DISPLAY

TRANSIENT VENDOR LICENSE

Exhibitors who receive payment for merchandise or services at their booth at the 2010 NWTF convention are required to obtain a permit to conduct business from the Davidson County Clerk's Office. The permit fee is $112.00. You can download the application for Transient Vendor License here.

NOTICE: ANYTHING WITH WHEELS AND A MOTOR in an exhibitor booth must be approved by the NWTF. Only Chevrolet vehicles are permitted in the exhibit hall. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc. in your booth you must contact Danny Young, Vice President of Marketing, at (803) 637-7414 or dyoung@nwtf.net.


SALES TAX

Exhibitors at the 2010 NWTF convention are required to report taxable sales to the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Sales tax for items sold during the convention will be collected by the Tennessee Department of Revenue on Sunday of the show. An announcement will be made notifying you of their location. 2011 BOOTH SELECTION - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Appointment times will also be posted at exhibitor check-in. 2011 exhibitor contracts will be distributed with exhibitor badges at exhibitor check-in on Thursday and they will also be available at exhibitor check-in throughout the show. Please complete a 2011 Exhibitor Contract prior to your appointment and bring it with you.
