The Roost

Where Women in the Outdoors, Wheelin' Sportsmen and JAKES flock for fun and education

The NWTF's Convention is a great place for the whole family to come and spend the day. Inside the Convention hall is a special section called The Roost, which features a variety of fun seminars customized especially for women and people with disabilities.

The Roost also features JAKES Junction, a special area full of activities for youth such as archery, face painting, inflatable games, turkey call making and an airgun range.

So bring the family by The Roost in the Exhibit Hall and have some fun with your kids!

Attention JAKES, WITO and Wheelin' Sportsmen Volunteers:

Want to learn how to host bigger and better outreach events? NWTF staff will hold a special Outreach Coordinator meeting on Friday, February 20 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Canal Room E of the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center to discuss the programs, get new ideas and gain input from our hard-working volunteers. Refreshments are sponsored by Foxy Huntress. Click here to download a registration form for this meeting. All forms must be received by February 9.
