Venison Stew
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 pounds venison cubed
- 1 can beef broth (10 ounce)
- tomato juice (about 12 ounce)
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds potatoes cubed
- 2 onions chopped
- 5 celery stalks chopped
- 3 carrots chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Combine venison, beef broth, potatoes, onions celery and carrots in a large stew pot. Add enough tomato juice to cover ingredients. Bring everything to a slow boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender.
