Grilled Turkey Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 (5-pound) wild turkey breast, deboned and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Soy sauce, as needed
  • Teriyaki sauce, as needed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 small zucchini, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms

Directions:

Place turkey cubes in large bowl. Cover with half soy sauce and half teriyaki sauce. Add garlic salt and mix thoroughly. Marinate in regrigerator 8 hours, or overnight. Drain turkey pieces, reserving marinade. Alternate pieces of turkey, bell pepper, zucchini, onion and mushroom on skewers. Grill over charcoal fire or broil in the oven. Baste with marinade if desired.

Yield:

4 to 6 servings
