Spicy Roast Turkey Wings
Ingredients:
- 6 turkey wings
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- water and salt, as needed
Directions:
Place turkey wings in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover. Add salt. Cover with lid. Cook over moderate heat until tender, about 40 minutes. Cool slightly. Reserve broth. Remove wings, and rub well with cinnamon and remaining ingredients. Place wings in roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees, basting frequently with broth and pan drippings for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
