Burt Carey
NWTF Turkey Call magazine editor Burt Carey has more than 16 years of turkey hunting experience. When he came to the NWTF in 2006, Carey took the NWTF's flagship publication to a new level of hunting and conservation news and information.Burt hopes his adventures in the spring of 2008 will lead to the successful completion of a Royal Slam.

Karen Lee
Karen Lee has been with the NWTF for 8 years and was the founding editor of both Women In The Outdoors and Wheelin' Sportsmen magazines. She has hunted wild turkeys in 11 states.

P. J. Perea
P.J. Perea started with the NWTF in 2004 and is the first editor of the NWTF's habitat management and hunting heritage magazine Get in the Game. With a degree in biology, Perea has written hundreds of articles on hunting, fishing and habitat management. Perea has completed his Grand Slam and is currently half way to completing a bearded hen Grand Slam.

Paul Rackley
A Mississippi native, Paul Rackley went to work for the NWTF in 2003 with more than 20 years of hunting experience. Rackley worked his way from staff writer to Web editor and has hunted wild turkeys in five states and is currently halfway to his first Grand Slam.

Jeff Budz
With 46 Grand Slams to his credit, Jeff Budz is a turkey hunting expert who specializes in Single Season Grand Slams on both private and public land. Every year, Budz starts his season in Florida and follows it north, hunting wily gobblers anywhere and everywhere he can.
