Still, as turkey hunters, we were encouraged to see both new and tried-and-true products tailored for the spring woods, along with other hunting-related firearms for big game and even some sleek sidearm pistols.
Here are some guns that caught our eye of day one on the show floor.
Winchester Longbeard Super X Pump NWTF Model


This all-new, to-be-released Winchester and NWTF collaborative Super X Pump in 12 gauge was a standout at Winchester’s exhibit. Chambered for 2-¾, 3 and 3-½ inch loads with a pistol grip and Invector-Plus choke tube system, this pump gun is ready for the turkey woods. Details about its official announcement are forthcoming.
Mossberg International Silver Reserve Eventide — Turkey .410

The sub-gauge craze continues, and scatter guns like Mossberg’s new Silver Reserve break-action .410 in Mossy Oak Greenleaf are part of the reason why. Chambered in 2-¾ - 3 inches with a 20-inch barrel, this.410 bore is a great new option for those who love hunting turkeys with sub-gauges. The gun is also a great option for youth hunters.
Mossberg International SA 28 Gauge Turkey

Mossberg just released its SA 28-gauge Turkey. Nearly mirroring Mossberg's previously released SA-28 Turkey Tactical, this version does not have a pistol grip. It was great seeing more turkey hunting sub-gauges being featured at SHOT Show this year.
Browning Cynergy Ultimate Turkey

Browning’s Cynergy Ultimate Turkey over-and-under shotgun has been a staple in Browning’s turkey repertoire and features a low-profile receiver, a short Picatinny rail for a red dot and rear and front sights.
Winchester SX4 NWTF Cantilever Turkey - Mossy Oak Obsession

This purpose-built turkey gun in Mossy Oak Obsession has a cantilever optic mount, chrome-plated chamber and bore, Invector-Plus chokes and directly supports the NWTF mission.
Tristar Upland Hunter

Designed for the turkey woods, the 20-gauge Tristar Upland Hunter features a thumbhole stock with a 3-inch chamber and comes with five extended, color-coded choke tubes and is available now.
CZ-USA Reaper Magnum

Built with turkey hunters in mind, the Reaper Magnum over-and-under shotgun features 26-inch barrels that allow hunters to run two different chokes — offering short or long-range constrictions at the flip of the barrel selector. Its shorter overall length improves maneuverability in tight cover, while a top-mounted Picatinny-style rail makes adding an optic quick and easy.
CVA Scout Spur 28-Gauge

CVA recently unveiled a new 28-gauge option in its popular Scout Spur lineup, delivering a reliable single-shot platform with thoughtful upgrades for modern hunters. Features include a TruLock XX-full turkey choke, adjustable length of pull with interchangeable cheek risers and a top-mounted Picatinny rail for easy optic integration.
Winchester Model 70 Super Grade Maple

Winchester states: “The look of a Model 70 with a AAA Maple stock, embellished with classic ebony tip, along with a shadowline cheekpiece is hard to resist,” and we agreed.
Smith & Wesson 1854 .45-70 in Walnut

Smith & Wesson’s 1854 .45-70 in walnut caught our eye — its flat trigger design, large loop lever, finished stainless steel barrel and walnut furniture with textured grip panels made this a worthy gun to add to any hunter’s rifle repertoire.
Browning X-Bolt 2 Series

Browning’s X-Bolt 2 Series builds on a proven bolt-action platform with a lineup of rifles designed for versatility and innovation in the field. The series features Vari-Tech stocks with adjustable length of pull and comb height, a redesigned DLX trigger for a cleaner break and enhanced recoil management for improved shootability. CVA Cascade Rimfire Series

New for 2026, CVA’s Cascade Rimfire series brings the company’s proven bolt-action design to .22 LR in a lightweight, field-friendly platform. The Cascade Rimfire features an 18-inch threaded barrel, making it suppressor-ready right out of the box and well suited for small-game hunting and range use. In addition to the base model, the lineup includes the Cascade Rimfire XT, which adds a Tungsten Cerakote–finished receiver and barrel, a fluted barrel and a painted polymer stock. The Cascade Rimfire Classic rounds out the series with a blue-metal finish, checkered walnut stock with a satin finish and a traditional-style bolt knob for a more classic look and feel.
Smith & Wesson’s M&P 10mm M2.0 Carry Comp

New in 10mm, Smith & Wesson’s M&P M2.0 Carry Comp stood out as a useful sidearm, pairing the Carry Comp design in a larger round, offering more power with less recoil.
Glock G6

GLOCK’s Gen6, was on full display on the show floor. We tested out a couple of the new pistols from the Gen6 series at Industry Day at the Range.
The pistol features a new flat-faced trigger design for a more consistent feel and improved trigger control, along with the Gen6 optic-ready system, giving shooters greater flexibility to run modern pistol optics straight from the factory.
One of the most noticeable updates is the newly developed RTF6 texture, which expands grip coverage across more of the pistol, including new areas such as the thumb rest. Additionally, deeper slide serrations from previous models are not only appealing visually but also practical.
HK CC9

HK's new compact CC9 is built to the same reliability standards as the company’s full-size pistols, with extensive testing that included hundreds of thousands of rounds before production. The firearm is optics-ready and features high-visibility sights for fast target acquisition. Altogether, it’s a small pistol that was accurate, reliable and fun to shoot.
Brian Hill, brand ambassador for HK on the show floor, and said he had people in his training class shooting the CC9 for two days getting a 1,000 rounds out of it and noted how it is built for reliable long-term use without fail.
Sig Sauer P320

A familiar sight on the show floor, SIG SAUER’s P320 continues to earn its place as a practical field-carry pistol thanks to its modular design and proven reliability. The serialized fire control unit allows shooters to tailor grip modules and slide configurations to fit everything from backcountry carry to range use, while factory optic-ready options make it easy to run modern red dots.
