ESTIMATED NUMBER OF FALL TURKEY HUNTERS: Over the past five years there has been a 50% increase in the amount of fall wild turkey licenses sold. Harvest has also increased around 30%. In 2025, there were 3,871 licenses sold with a harvest of 1,104 wild turkeys. Harvest decreased substantially due to extremely warm weather conditions throughout the fall that caused wild turkeys to spread out and become difficult to locate.
