Celebrate NWTF Conservation Week – Sept. 21-27

Every September, NWTF dedicates a week to highlighting the impact of its mission across the country. Conservation Week (Sept. 21–27, 2025) is a celebration of the partnerships, volunteers and projects that make healthier forests, cleaner water, stronger wildlife populations and sustainable hunting opportunities.

This year’s Conservation Week falls right in the middle of a busy event calendar, making it the perfect time to get involved. Whether you attend a youth hunt, join a habitat project or simply spend a morning in the woods with family, you’re part of the story of conservation.

To wrap up a month full of outdoor opportunities, National Hunting and Fishing Day is the perfect reminder of the traditions and conservation successes we share. NWTF encourages everyone to get outside on this day and experience the life-changing power of the outdoors.

September is the perfect time to step outside, enjoy cooler weather, and experience the outdoors in new ways. NWTF Education and Outreach events aren’t just about hunting — they’re about connecting with nature, building friendships, learning skills and ensuring the next generation carries forward our hunting heritage and conservation ethic.  The outdoors is for everyone. Join us this September and experience the impact of conservation, mentorship, and community with NWTF.
