We are currently adding vendors to a waitlist for the 2022 show. Email exhibithall@nwtf.net to be added to the list. Exhibitors on the waitlist will be contacted in order when we have a booth become available.
For our 2023 show
We will reserve booths for 2023 during our 2022 show. Current exhibitors will be given appointments based on our priority point system. Should any booths remain open, we will open reservations to new exhibitors on Saturday, February 19, 2022. Once available booths are reserved, we will begin a new waiting list for 2023. If you are NOT able to attend the show and want to join the waiting list, email exhibithall@nwtf.net after Monday, February 21, 2022. We will contact you should booths become available leading up to the 2023 show.

Can I keep the same booth space that I reserved while I was at the 2020 show?
There is a good chance. However, we are working on the final layout now and may have some booth changes. Exhibitors reserved a booth during the 2020 show and who have a deposit on file will be contacted in priority point order to review booth options for 2023. No increase in booth size will be allowed until all exhibitors have been contacted. If your previously booked space is still available when we contact you, you may keep it or select from the available spots. Due to cancellations, we may have options open that were not when you booked your original booth.
Will the exhibit hall be open on Sunday?
No. The show closes at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
When can I move in?
We will send out move-in times when we confirm with the hotel.
What is included in my booth reservation?
Each 10x10 includes a table, two chairs and a trashcan. Exhibitors will be sent information to order power, carpet, other furnishings, etc. through Fern. These items are not included in your booth reservation.
How do I obtain exhibitor badges?
Exhibitors will be sent a link to order badges at a later date. We allow up to 5 badges per 10x10 booth at no additional charge. Additional badges will be available for purchase for $35 and will include a membership to NWTF for one year plus a $25 Bass Pro Shops Merchandise Card.
