Chapter Committee Members

These volunteers work with regional fundraising staff to ensure the success of local fundraising events. Local events help provide funding for more localized conservation delivery through the NWTF Super Fund. Volunteer work can come in a variety of positions, such as chapter president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and more. Find and contact a local regional director today to get involved.

Save the Hunt Coordinators

These state coordinators represent NWTF’s Outreach programs in a number of ways. They help chapters learn how to host mentored hunts add add hunter-centric classes to existing events. They look within their state for potential event opportunities, partners and leaders to help expand NWTF’s mission.

Event Committee Members

Hosting a JAKES, Women in the Outdoors, Wheelin’ Sportsmen or other event is one of the best ways to teach others about the outdoors and conservation. You will find it to be a very rewarding experience, and you don’t have to do it alone!

Hunting Mentors

Sharing the hunting tradition with someone new can be a rewarding experience. Mentoring provides an opportunity to give back to the hunting culture and thereby conserve the hunting legacy for future generations. Moreover, mentoring provides an opportunity to pay it forward.

Landowner opportunities

One of the challenges chapters face when planning a mentored hunt or an outdoor event is finding places to hunt. We are always looking to work with landowners who can provide land for mentored hunts and outdoor events.

Partnership opportunities

An organization or company can make a lasting impact on conservation and hunting heritage through a partnership with the NWTF.

The NWTF is pleased to partner with federal and state wildlife agencies to increase hunter education and access opportunities to help ensure active participation in hunting and the shooting sports for future generations. Together we can make a difference.

We have many opportunities available:

  • Financial support
  • Product donations
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Partnering on an event or hunt
  • Raising awareness
