Grilled Turkey Kabobs

2 1/2 - 3 lbs wild turkey breast
Soy sauce, as needed
Teriyaki sauce, as needed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 onion,  sliced
1 lb fresh mushrooms

Cube turkey meat and place in a large bowl
Cover with half soy sauce and half teriyaki sauce
Add garlic salt and mix thoroughly
Marinate for at least 8 hours
Drain turkey, but reserve marinade
Fill skewers with a mix of meat and vegetables
Grill (or broil in the oven) and baste with marinade if desired

Serves: 4-6
