SC WITO’s Denim & Pearls Meetup Shines at National NWTF Convention in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Members of the National Wild Turkey Federation's South Carolina Women in the Outdoors celebrated a memorable afternoon amidst the bustling ambiance of the Convention and Sport Show.
The Denim & Pearls Meetup, held on February 14, 2024, captured the essence of Southern charm, camaraderie and elegance, leaving attendees enchanted and eager for more.
From the moment guests stepped into the room, they were greeted with warmth and presented with a delightful choice, a refreshing mocktail or the tantalizing Blue Jean Martini. The martinis, blending sophistication with flair, quickly became the talk of the event, sparking conversations and laughter that filled the room.
“At one point I just stood back from the group, observed, and thought to myself, this is WITO," said Billie McCarter, South Carolina WITO chair. "I am looking forward to making this an annual event at convention, while extending the invitation to adjoining states.”
Before bidding farewell, each attendee was treated to a swag bag filled with treasures, including a piece of pearl jewelry, a shining symbol of the unforgettable moments shared during the meetup. This elegant token not only adorned the guests but also served as a reminder of the bonds strengthened and the new friendships formed.
Looking ahead, South Carolina WITO anticipates continued success and growth, with plans to host more engaging events that celebrate the spirit of adventure and camaraderie.
